• Use messages or comments to harass, insult, or threaten other users.
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content in product comments.
• Send spam, advertisements, or unrelated promotional content.
• Discuss or promote prohibited or illegal items.

3. Privacy and Security

All communication must remain within GaijinMall to protect users from fraud, data theft, and unauthorized activity. GaijinMall may monitor or review messages and comments to ensure compliance with platform rules.

4. Enforcement

Any violation of this policy may result in:

• Removal of messages or comments
• Temporary or permanent suspension of user accounts
• Other actions deemed necessary by GaijinMall to protect the community

5. Reporting Misuse

Users are encouraged to report suspicious or abusive messages or comments through the Report feature or by contacting GaijinMall Support.
